- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software

- Collecting tenant data for purposes other than property management
- Sharing tenant personal information without consent or legal basis
- Using the Platform to harass, stalk, or intimidate individuals
- Impersonating other users or property practitioners
4. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that data entered into the Platform is accurate and complete:
- Tenant information must be current and accurate
- Financial records must reflect actual transactions
- Property descriptions and listings must be truthful
- Documents uploaded must be genuine and unaltered
5. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
- Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly
- Do not share login credentials with unauthorised persons
- Log out from shared or public computers
- Report suspected security breaches immediately
- Keep your contact information up to date for security notifications
6. Resource Usage
To ensure fair access for all users, you agree to:
